PCA vs. Memorial

December 11, Pinewood’s varsity basketball girls brought home a win against Memorial, scoring 31 to their 9.

Sydney Jernigan and Anna Kate Dutton led scoring with 6 points each. Cassie Barry, Madelyn Holland, and Charley Holland each scored a total of 4 points. Lydia Kicklighter followed with 3, Emi Oates 2 and Faith Smith 2.

PCA vs. Bulloch

The lady patriots pulled a win out of the bag in overtime on January 12 against Bulloch Academy with of score of 32-29.

Meghan Boatright led the score board with 12 points. Abi Oates followed shortly behind with 11 total points. Jordan Jernigan scored 6 and Ansley Howard 2. S. Jernigan rounded about the score with 1 point.

PCA vs. Trinity

On January 15, the varsity girls traveled to Trinity Christian beating them 44 to 29.

Howard scored 10 points for the team followed by E. Oates with 9. A. Oates and Boatright tied with 8 each. J. Jernigan scored 5 points, and Lydia Kicklighter finished with 2.

The Lady Patriots won on their own court against Memorial with a score of 29-18.

S. Jernigan scored 7 points for her team with Dutton and Taylor Mixon following behind with 6. Berry finished with 4 points, C. Holland 2, Ashton Dykes 2, and M. Holland 2.
