Pinewood is celebrating their 47th annual Homecoming Week, and this year will be another one to remember. Friday, September 27, will be the Homecoming game against Bethlehem Christian Academy. Before the game, students along with their friends and family are invited to attend the Homecoming tailgate party catered by Rusty Pig held in the lower school gym.

The four select seniors will be driven onto the field during the pre-game show to be recognized. During halftime, the 2019 Homecoming representatives will be escorted by their fathers out on the field in their elegant dresses. Senior representatives vying for the Homecoming Queen are Ansley Howard, Abi Oates, Chandler Driggers, and Ashton Shuman. Junior class representatives are Carson Rountree, Ella Anderson, and Ally McCall. Sophomore class representatives are Julie Collins and Jena Bradley. Julia Hethcox will be representing the freshman class. Eight grade will be represented by Sydney Tippins, and seventh grade will be represented by Becky Edwards. Pinewood will welcome back their 2018 Homecoming Queen, Jordan Jernigan, to crown the 2019 Homecoming Queen and Princess.

Bringing the festivities to an end will be the Homecoming Dance that will be held by the seniors in the cafeteria. Everyone is invited to come attend the tailgate and game for a night to remember.
