Pinewood boys track takes first, girls second at Gator Relays

Pinewood’s varsity track teams traveled to Georgia Southern University to compete in the annual Gator Relays. Schools that came out to the event included:  Pinewood (PCA), Vidalia Heritage Academy (VHA), Edmund Burke Academy (EBA), Covenant Christian Academy (CCA), and Bulloch Academy (BA).

Pinewood’s boys brought home the win with 156 points including10 first place wins in events.  BA followed in second overall with 134 points, Heritage with 28, and CCA 9.

In the girl’s competition, Pinewood claimed the second with a score of 108 just behind BA who won with a score of 115. PCA’s girls claimed 4 first place wins across their events.  EBA came in 3^rd with 81 points followed by VHA with 38, and CCA with 6.
