Pinewood Begins Basketball Season

On December 3, 2019, Pinewood’s varsity basketball team started the season with an away game against Memorial Day School of Savannah. The Blue Thunder defeated the Patriots with a final score of 53-32.
The top scorers with 6 points were Nathan Scott, Jacob Todd, and Jade Bradley. The next highest scorer with 5 points was Luke Scott. Landon DeLoach followed with 4 points. Grayson Duckworth scored 3 points and Jax Lewis scored 2 points.

On December 6, the Patriots second game was against the Knights from St. Andrews. The knights beat the Patriots with a score of 38-28.
David Friedberg and N.Scott led scoring for the Patriots with 7 points each. Mic Wasson followed with 6 points. Lake Dasher, Jade Bradley, Hunter Smith, John Marshall Headrick all scored 2 points a piece.
