PCA’s K-5 Students Partake in Thanksgiving Feast

Friday, November 7, Pinewood’s K-5 students dressed up in their self-made pilgrim and Indian costumes and partook in a Thanksgiving feast. The feasts were hosted by Mrs. Richey and Mrs. Sheffield in their classrooms. The students made and decorated their costumes weeks prior, and everyone got the chance to be both a pilgrim and an Indian. Parents were invited to attend, and kid-friendly finger foods, such as ham and turkey rolls, cheese cubes, chips, and cookies, were served.
