Mrs. Gagliardo teaches about Romanticism
On Friday the 25th Mrs. Gagliardo, the art teacher at Pinewood Christian Academy, came and gave a PowerPoint presentation to Mrs. Miller’s AP Literature students and her honors English students. The PowerPoint was over romanticism and romantic art. Romanticism was a movement in art, literature, and music during the nineteenth century. Mrs. Gagliardo’s presentation displayed several artists’ paintings from the Romantic era. It was intended to teach students about the ideals and the style of the era so that they can better understand the literature studied in Mrs. Miller’s class.
