Super Bowl Week Celebrated at PCA

The week of January 28th, Mrs. Porter’s home ec students prepared finger foods and side dishes to celebrate Super Bowl week. They could make a dish of their choice and share their creation with classmates. Each student came up with an unique recipe and showed off the skills Mrs. Porter has taught them. Students not only created original and tasty foods such as pigs in a blanket, Eggo s’mores, hamburger dip, and various other recipes but they also learned how to lead and come together as a group through their hard work.
