Pinewood Chorus Singing Their Way Into Patriot’s Heart

Pinewood has plenty of electives to choose from, but only a few choose to take chorus. Chorus is taught by Mrs. Miriam Porter. She teaches it during seventh period. You will learn how to breathe properly while singing, and they do many different kinds of songs including: Peter Piper, Clap Your Hands, and Sing. They start performing more towards Christmas time, but they were invited to sing the national anthem at the Katie Bell Jarriel Dinner Theater by the One-Act coaches. Pinewood greatly encourages students to take chorus because it is a great deal of fun, and you can make some pretty great friends.
