Pinewood 5th and 6th Graders Present Christmas around the World Projects

Mrs. Lindsey Blocker’s world history class has been learning about how other countries around the world celebrate Christmas. The students were assigned a project about these different traditions. Students chose a country and researched the Christmas traditions of that country. Each student was required to make a visual presentation such as a poster or PowerPoint that included pictures and 7 facts about how their country celebrated Christmas. Students also brought a traditional food that the country usually eats around Christmas time. Each student had a lot of fun learning about how different cultures celebrate Christmas time and presenting their projects in class.
