PCA’s September Students of the Month

Every month at Pinewood Christian Academy (PCA), the teachers of the third grade class, pick students of the month for the previous month. Mrs. DeLoach and Mrs. Daniel pick a student from their class that is respectful, helpful, and always tries to do their best. The teachers chose Barrett Wilbanks and Will Wasson as Students of the Month for September, and each one received a shirt that can be worn to school.
Barrett Wilbanks, son of Natalie Cavinder and Patrick Wilbanks, was chosen from Mrs. DeLoach’s class. Barrett described Student of the Month as someone who is always nice and respectful. He also said that he was very excited when he got picked for this important position.
From Mrs. Daniel’s class, Will Wasson, son of Keith and Amber Wasson, received Student of the Month. Will explained that his idea of Student of the Month was someone who was respectful and honest. Will said that being chosen was a very exciting and fun experience.
