PCA SPAL Girls Championship Win

PCA vs. SCD
On February 15, the PCA SPAL girls traveled to Savannah to take on Savannah Country Day Hornets for their final game of the season. During the first half, the two teams battled it out with a halftime score of 8 to 4. The Hornets were leading 9 to 8 with 5 seconds left on the clock in the 4th quarter. With Pinewood having possession of the ball, they passed it to Sydney Jernigan to shoot a 3, coming up short, Matti Parker was there to put it back up. Pinewood claimed the win with a final score 10 to 9.
Rebekah Whiten led with scoring 4 points. Parker had 2, Marley Dekle 2, Jernigan 2.
