PCA Middle School Cross Country Races to End of Season Meet

On Saturday, October 7, the Pinewood middle school cross country season came to an end with their final race in Macon. The team packed onto the bus and traveled to Middle Georgia State College to compete.

Chloe Young, a fifth grader, raced her heart out and finished in the top ten. Overall, the girls’ team finished in fourth and the boys in fifth. Many of the runners ran their season best times at this meet, making for a great end to the season. In sync, Bentley Byrd and Jacob Kennedy said, “It was a lot of hard work!”

“But it was worth it,” Jacob continued.

Noah Kennedy exclaimed, “It was so much fun!”
