PCA K3 Students Treat Teachers for Halloween

On Friday, October 30, Mrs. April Williams and Mrs. Sarah Nicholson taught their K3 class an important lesson about Halloween: it is not only a time for receiving gifts but also a time of giving freely to others. The two teachers made treat bags for all the lower school teachers, administrators, office workers, and lunchroom workers to thank them for the work they have done for the three year-old students. On Friday, the students attended school in a Halloween costume and paraded the school grounds giving the treat bags to the various adults that have helped them this year while learning a valuable lesson.
In the midst of a holiday about getting treats, Mrs. Williams and Mrs. Nicholson carved out time to teach this unforgettable lesson to Pinewood Christian Academy’s youngest students by imparting the joy of giving freely and sharing a smile–a lesson that these young students will use for many years to come.
