PCA Boys Track Team takes 2nd and Girls 3rd in 3-AAA Region Meet

Our Patriot Track and Field teams competed in the 3-AAA Region meet on April 17^th at Georgia Southern University. Competing teams also included: Trinity Christian School (TCS), Bulloch Academy (BA), Frederica Academy (FA), and Westfield School. The Patriots were named Region Runner-Up with 147 points behind Bulloch Academy with 206. The Lady Patriots clinched third with 133 point behind TCS with 240 and BA with 167.

The first place finishers in their events included:

Aden Williams: 1^st in Discus Finals (118’-2 ½”)

David Friedberg: 1^st in Triple Jump (42’-6 ½”)

Lake Dasher: 1^st in Pole Vault (11’)

Jade Bradley: 1^st in Long Jump (21’-6”)

Ally McCall, Shelby Dollar, Jena Bradley, Presley Godbee: 1^st in 4×100 (400 M) Relay (51.53)

In addition to the first place finishers, athletes who placed in the top 4 of their events will compete in the state meet held in Albany at Hugh Mills Stadium. These athletes and their events are:

Jade Bradley: 4^th in 100 M Dash (11.25) and 3^rd in 200 M Dash (23.56)

Luke Scott: 4^th in 3200 M Run (12:49.00) and 4^th in High Jump (5’-6”)

Nathan Scott: 3^rd in 800 M Run (2:28)

Kennon Bell: 3^rd in 110 M Hurdles (19.18)

Korbett MacGregor: 2^nd in Shot Put (41’-1 ¼”)

Peyton Williams: 2^nd in Discus (116’- 3 ½”)

Lake Dasher: 3^rd in Triple Jump (39’-11”)

Jackson Fried: 2^nd in Pole Vault (9’-6”)

David Friedberg, Lake Dasher, Jade Bradley, Garlon Rogers: 4^th in 4×100 (400 M) Relay (45.98)

Nathan Scott, Dylan Williams, David Friedberg, Lake Dasher: 4^th in 4×400 (1600 M) Relay (4:01.00)

Presley Godbee: 2^nd in 100 M Dash (13.21), 2^nd in 200 M Dash (27.86)

Jena Bradley: 3^rd in 200 M Dash (28.06), 3^rd in Long Jump (15’-0 ¾’)

Madison Shaffer: 3^rd in 400 M Dash (1:07.40)

Lilly Griffin: 4^th in 800 M Run (2:50.00)

Hayley Coley: 4^th in 100 M Hurdles (20.28)

Ansley Howard: 3^rd in Shot Put (28’-9”)

Payton Rogers: 4^th in Discus (77’-4”)

Ally McCall: 3^rd in Triple Jump (28’-8 ¾”)

Carson Rountree: 2^nd in Triple Jump (29’-6”)
