By Sydney Strickland, PCA sophomore

On October 31st, 2017, the Pinewood Christian Academy National Beta Club participated in Glennville’s annual Trunk-or-Treat held in Barnard Park. The event lasted from 5:00 to 8:00. Susan Nobles, sponsor of the PCA Beta Club, and eleven members, who were dressed in their Halloween best, handed out candy to approximately 1500 children as the night went on. This event is sponsored each year in Glennville. It’s a safe and fun way for families to enjoy trick- or-treating together.  “I think it’s a wonderful that they are doing.” said one mother,” It’s such a blessing to have young people like them work so hard to make a child’s Halloween more enjoyable.”
