The Pinewood Patriot’s Varsity baseball team defeated Bulloch Academy 11 to 1 in the bottom of the 6th inning on Tuesday, March 14.

The Patriots had 11 runs on 13 hits. Wes Purcell hit two home runs, Jake Woolard had 2 hits, Kaleb Shuman had 2 hits, Parks Hagan had 1 hit, Jacob Hendrix had 2 hits, Ben Salter had 2 hits, Ethan Duckworth had 1 hit, and James Rogers had 1 hit. Woolard had 3 runs, Shuman had 2 runs, Hagan had 2 runs, Purcell had 2 runs, Hendrix had 1 run, and Salter had 1 run. There were 11 runs batted in (RBI). Shuman had 2 RBI’s, Purcell had 6 RBI’s, Salter had 2 RBI’s, and Rogers had 1 RBI. Woolard had 2 doubles, Shuman had 1 double, and Rogers had 1 double.
