Patriots named GISA 2AAA State Runner-Up

Pinewood traveled to Brunswick yet again to compete in the GISA 2AAA State Tournament. Pinewood placed second out of 14 teams with an overall score of 303 just behind Frederica Academy who took home the state title with a score of 302. Jake Shuman, All-State recipient, led the Patriots with a score of 74. Parker Claxton finished with 75. Ty Hutson trailed shortly behind with an overall score of 76. Maylon Stanfield finished with 78 and Nelson Pinckard 82. The Pinewood Patriot golf team wishes their seniors the best of luck as they graduate, and look forward to next year’s season.
