Mrs. Miller’s “Build Your Own Monster” Projects

In conjunction with their study of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, Mrs. Miller’s AP English Literature and Composition students prepared a “Build Your Own Monster” poster for which they selected parts from various sources to reflect their ideal creation. Students created superheroes, super athletes, a super teacher, and even a monster made from candy, cookies, and other sweets. After creating their posters, students were required to present their work to the class and explain why they chose each part for their monster.
