Call to Action Chapel Service with Anna Scott and Emily Griffin

On September 28, Anna Scott spoke at chapel to the 4th – 6th  graders at Pinewood Christian Academy. Anna’s lesson was about prayer and turning to God during difficult times in our lives. Emily Griffin read and discussed a Bible story about it, and Anna did the call to action portion of the lesson. Anna explained that we can’t just rely on ourselves during the hard times of our daily life. She talked about how God knows what all of our problems and worries are and that He is the solution to all of them. The point to take away from Anna’s lesson is that God is our strength and our support, and He will help us overcome our biggest difficulties in life if we turn to Him.
