February 7th, Pinewood Christian Academy’s (PCA) Lady Patriots hosted a region game against Edmund Burke Academy (EBA) Lady Spartans.
The Lady Patriots fought hard but came up just one point short of forcing overtime. The final score was 28-27.
Shelton Rogers led the Lady Patriots scoring 9 points. Following her was Abi Oates 5, Macy Pirkle and Raegan Waters 4, Carleigh Bell and Haley Thompson 2, and Jordan Jernigan 1.

Friday, February 10th, Pinewood’s Lady Patriots traveled to Frederica Academy (FA) for their last region game before the region tournament. The Lady Patriots and Lady Knights battled head to head, but the Lady Knights came out on top with a score of 47-41.
Macy Pirkle was the lead scorer with 14 points. Next was Shelton Rogers with 9 points, Abi Oates 7, Raegan Waters 6, Meghan Boatright 3, and Abigail Bland 2.
