Anatomy Brain Dissections

PCA’s human anatomy class has been learning about the human brain. In order to give the students a more authentic experience, Mrs. Pollak conducted a lab experience that allowed students to dissect a sheep brain.  Students were able to get a closer look and really examine the different parts of the brain.  When asked about the dissection, one student said, “It was cool, but it smelled really bad!”
