Shotgun Goes to State

Every Year Pinewood goes to state. In order to compete at state, you have to partake in six competitions. The competitions composed of sporting clays, trap, and skeet. The competitions are held at different places. This year’s state was held at Forest City Gun Club. It is the oldest and one of the largest clubs in America. At state, Pinewood competed against 30 teams from across the state. The PCA shooters earned 10th place. The top scorers were Rich Pazderski, Maylon Standfeild, Keaton Smith, and Lance Durrence. Rich Pazderski won 2nd pace over all in the Middle School EOTY Shooting Competition and Keaton won an award for shooting a 50 strait skeet.
