PCA Comes Up Short in December Games

PCA vs. Memorial
Pinewood Christian Academy traveled to the home of the Blue Thunder to take on Memorial on the 12th. Pinewood took a loss with an overall score of 30 to 41.
Ethan Duckworth led in scoring with 11 total points. He was followed by Maylon Stanfield with 7, Jeffrey Young with 7, David Friedberg with 3, and John Marshall Headrick with 2.

Pinewood traveled to Citizens Christian Academy on the 15th to take on the Patriots.
Duckworth led in scoring with 16 total points, followed by Stanfield with 8, Caleb Conley 7, Headrick 7, Friedberg 6, Mason Freeman 5, Jacob Sikes 4, Nathan Scott 2, Hunter Smith 2, and Logan Lewis 1. The game resulted in a loss for Pinewood with an overall score of 58 to 74.

The Patriots traveled to Robert Toombs Christian academy on the 16th to take on Crusaders. The Patriots took a loss with a score of 46 to 65.

Pinewood hosted Memorial on the 19th. The Patriots won with a score of 46 to 42.

The Patriots traveled to Savannah Country Day to take on the Hornets on the 20th. This game was one of three the PCA boys played in during the Savannah Country Day Holiday Basketball Tournament. The Patriots came close but still took a loss with a score of 37 to 38.
Duckworth led in scoring with 16 points, followed by Headrick 12, Sikes 4, Stanfield 3, and Conley 2.
