PCA Class of 2017 Receives Class Rings

On Friday, November 13, 2015, Pinewood Christian Academy (PCA) recognized the Class of 2017 in a presentation of their class rings. At this event Dr. Paul Thompson of Glennville spoke about the symbolism of these rings. The students were presented their rings by a senior whom they had chosen. After the students received their rings, a very special presentation was made to Kristi Randall Hernandez in memory of her daughter Peyton Randall who passed away in the students’ eighth grade year. The class also put a rose in an empty seat where Peyton would have been seated to show that she is and always will be a part of their class. It was a very touching event. The Junior class is looking forward to the rest of their high school experience.
