Patriot tennis teams get the season off to a good start

Pinewood vs. Frederica
On March 9, the Patriot tennis teams traveled to The Retreat on St. Simons Island to battle the Frederica Knights in their first match of the season. In spite of the team loses, the girls doubles teams proved to be a forced to be reckoned with as they dominated the courts. Although they fought hard, the girls and boys teams lost the win.
They will play their next match on March 14 at Pinewood vs. Trinity.

Pinewood vs. Trinity
On March 14, the Patriots battled the Trinity Crusaders in their second doubleheader match of the season. Although they had to battle a little cold weather and wind, the Patriots ultimately came out with the victory.
They will play their next match on March 23 at Pinewood vs. Bulloch Academy at 3:00.
The Patriots will be celebrating Senior Day as they will be honoring Katie Bell, Maggie Greer, Emily Threlkeld, Abigail Bland, Aubrey Ray Sheffield, and Henry Kim. Please come out and help us honor our seniors at this match. They will be honored at 2:45.
