11th Graders create Clay Representations in Literature
The juniors in Becky Litch’s Honors English class recently read “The Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God.” Mrs. Litch assigned a project with modeling clay to enable the students to better understand the story. Students chose a quote from the reading and wrote it around the edges of their paper plate. They then created visual representations from the story scene that went along with their quote using the play-dough. The results were very pleasing, and the students seemed to have fun!
