PCA Students Compete in Cloverleaf District Project Achievement Competition

Pinewood Christian Academy (PCA) students Smith Dekle, Julia Hethcox, Payton Hodges, Elizabeth O’Brien, and Anna Sollosi competed in the 2015 Cloverleaf District Project Achievement Competition on November 21, 2015. In this event, Evans County 4-Her’s and 4-hers from surrounding counties participated at Project Achievement where they analyzed a topic and prepared an “illustrated talk” or demonstration with posters and props. They also had the option to deliver a step-by-step food product preparation demonstration or a talent performance in the fine arts. Smith Dekle placed 1st in the Sports project. Elizabeth O’Brien placed 2nd in the Health project, and Anna Sollosi placed 2nd in the Performing Arts Vocal project. Julia Hethcox received 3rd place in the Performing Arts General project, and Payton Hodges received Honorable Mention in the Performing Arts General project.
These students were also invited to attend a free reward trip on December 18th to Frames N Games in Pooler, GA.
